Refund and Cancellation Policy

We strive to provide excellent service while maintaining fair booking policies.

Cancellation Terms

1. 20+ Days Prior: 30% cancellation fee applies
2. 7-19 Days Prior: 50% cancellation fee applies
3. Within 7 Days: No refunds or date changes permitted
4. Peak Seasons: No refunds or changes during:

• Diwali season (dates determined by management)
• Christmas & New Year (December 20 - January 5)
• Long weekends and public holidays
• This applies regardless of advance booking timing

Refund Processing

• Approved refunds processed within 2-3 business days
• Refunds issued exclusively via UPI or bank transfer
• No cash refunds available
